At VERVE Fitness, we stand behind the quality of our equipment and want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If your gear isn't the right fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Gear

  Ensure all items are in their original packaging, unused, and in resaleable condition to qualify for a full refund or store credit.

  Ship It Back

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange items within 5-7 business days.
