How cold should you set it and how long should you stay in for?
The answer to this varies depending on the individual person. Dr. Andrew Huberman recommends setting the temperature to between 7Ā° and 15Ā° degrees celsius (45Ā°F - 60Ā°F) in sessions of 1-5 minutes.
What Maintenance is Required?
All you need is some routine cleaning of the water filter. 2 x spare water filters are included with our new ice bath and replacement filters are available from VERVE.
